Submit onsen data

We truly appreciate that you have taken your precious time and come and have a look at out “submit onsen” form page. Since we hope to grow the database of various onsens all over Japan we turning to “You” to help us in this journey of bringing the information of Onsen to wide range of people. 


Since there are thousands of Onsen all over Japan, it is difficult for us to get all that information ourselves. Thus, if you own/manage any type of onsen, frequent visitor, a “connoisseur”, or just would like to help to get onsen to more people then this is the place! The submission takes time, thus no pressure  to submit, but we do appreciate the time if given. 


If you do decide to submite, then we are sure it will help people to find their next Onsen as well!

Onsen Submission form / 温泉提出フォーム

If you would like to show your name as the submitter (either full name, nickname, or onsen place worker) the you can add it here (we will then show this in the map infowindow where the onsen is displayed). 提出者としてあなたの名前を表示したい場合（フルネーム、ニックネーム、または温泉施設の従業員など）、こちらに入力してください（その後、マップの情報ウィンドウに温泉が表示される場所でこれを表示します)。

Please add any information you would like to add about this onsen in here. Keep it within maximum of 150 words (i.e. short but sweet). It could something that caught your eye, unique or anything general you think helps to describe this onsen. Please write the onsen address in here, in romaji that follows the Google Maps format. こちらにGoogle Mapsのフォーマットに従ったローマ字で温泉の住所を記載してください。
Please add the coordinates here as latitude, longitude (e.g. "35.24088243, 140.16793"), where the first one is latitude and second after comma is longitude. This can also be get by right clicking on the onsen in Google Maps. こちらに緯度、経度の形式で座標を追加してください（例："35.24088243, 140.16793"）、最初の数字が緯度で、コンマの後が経度です。これはGoogle Mapsで温泉の位置を右クリックすることで取得することもできます。
Choose the prefecture. 都道府県を選んでください。
E.g. Kusatsu Onsen, Beppu Onsen, Shikishima Onsen etc. If not in onsen area, then just area name (e.g. Shimoda, Fujimi, etc.). 例：草津温泉、別府温泉、敷島温泉など。 温泉地ではない場合は、地域の名前のみ（例：下田、富士見など)。
If the place has its own website, please add the URL link here. If no website, then please write "NaN". もし施設に独自のウェブサイトがあれば、こちらにURLリンクを追加してください。ウェブサイトがない場合は、「NaN」と記載してください。
In Japanese yen, please add the price range here (min to max). This is only for day use only facilities or if ryokan that allows day use visits. E.g. (200-800). In this case 200 is the lowest price (e.g. children and 800 is the highest for an adult during weekend). If day use is not available please write "NaN". 日本円で、こちらに料金の範囲を記載してください（最低から最高まで）。これは日帰り利用のみの施設、または日帰り利用が許可されている旅館に限ります。例：（200-800）。この場合、200は最低料金（例：子供）で、800は週末の大人の最高料金です。日帰り利用が利用できない場合は、「NaN」と記載してください。
Please add there in 24 hour time format the opening time of the onsen day use. E.g. if ryokan offers day use for outside guests then from when to when (e.g. 11:00-15:00). If it is a day use onsen facility then for example "08:00-21:00 (last reception 20:30)" or "08:00-21:00 (except 13:00-14:00)". If not applicable, please enter "NaN". 温泉の日帰り利用の開始時間を24時間制で記入してください。例えば、旅館が外部の客に日帰り利用を提供している場合、その時間を記入してください（例: 11:00-15:00）。もし日帰り温泉施設であれば、例えば「08:00-21:00（最終受付20:30）」や「08:00-21:00（13:00-14:00を除く）」のように記入してください。該当しない場合は「NaN」と入力してください。
If it is a place that offers accommodations, please add here the price range (min to max). This can be more difficult but can include weekday and weekend min-max range. If not an accommodation then please write "NaN". 宿泊施設であれば、こちらに料金の範囲を記載してください（最低から最高まで）。これは少し難しいかもしれませんが、平日と週末の最低-最高の範囲を含めることができます。宿泊施設でない場合は、「NaN」と記載してください。

If there are some options or conditions that quests with tattoos need to meet please add them here. This is valuable info for foreigners who might have some tattoos but really interested in finding and wanting to visit Japanese onsen. タトゥーを持つ客が満たす必要があるオプションや条件があれば、ここに追加してください。これはタトゥーを持つ外国人にとって貴重な情報であり、彼らは日本の温泉を探し、訪れたいと真剣に考えています。
Please choose yes if only mixed baths are available (that is, no option for men and women to bathe separately). 男女別のお風呂が選べない、つまり混浴のみの場合は「はい」と選択してください。
Please choose "yes" if there are separate baths for men and women but also have a mixed public bath. Please choose "no" if the baths are strictly separated between men and women. 男女別のお風呂があり、混浴の公共浴場もある場合は「はい」と選択してください。お風呂が厳格に男女別に分かれている場合は「いいえ」と選択してください。
Please choose "yes" if customers can book a private family bath (either free or paid). If no private family bath booking available, please choose "no". 客がプライベートな家族風呂を予約できる場合（無料または有料で）は「はい」と選択してください。家族風呂の予約ができない場合は「いいえ」と選択してください。
If there are open-air bath(s) please choose "yes", if not please choose "no". 露天風呂がある場合は「はい」と選択してください。ない場合は「いいえ」と選択してください。

WATER QUALITY RELATED / 水質情報

This is quite unique and might depend on people. Also many onsen do not have smell. Likely the most notable one is "egg smell" from sulphate type springs. But if think the smell of the water can be described, please add it here. これはかなりユニークで、人によって異なるかもしれません。また、多くの温泉は匂いがありません。最も顕著なのは硫酸塩タイプの温泉からの「卵の匂い」でしょう。しかし、水の匂いが説明できると思うなら、こちらに記載してください。
This the source water temperature (not the one in the bath). Some onsen places have several sources. If that is the case please write them all and separate with commas (e.g. if 3 different sources then: "81.7℃, 99.5℃, 99.5℃"). これは源泉の水温です（お風呂の中のものではありません）。一部の温泉施設には複数の源泉があります。その場合は、すべての源泉を記載し、コンマで区切ってください（例：3つの異なる源泉がある場合は「81.7℃, 99.5℃, 99.5℃」）。
This is the water temperature in the bath(s) itself. If many bath with different temperature then please add temperature values for them (e.g. 25.7℃, 38.0℃, 42.5℃). If the temperature tends fluctuate often then can specify a range (e.g. 41.3-44.0℃). If there is specific info about which source is connected to which bath temperature, then please add these info in such order (e.g. source is 81.7℃ and the bath that uses that source us 25.7℃ then these temperature values come first). これはお風呂の水温です。温度の異なる複数のお風呂がある場合は、それらの温度値を追加してください（例：25.7℃, 38.0℃, 42.5℃）。温度が頻繁に変動する場合は、範囲を指定できます（例：41.3-44.0℃）。どの源泉がどのお風呂の温度に繋がっているかの具体的な情報があれば、その順序で情報を追加してください（例：源泉が81.7℃で、その源泉を使用するお風呂が25.7℃の場合、これらの温度値が最初にくる）。
Please add the pH value here. Similar to "water temperature" if many sources and different pH values for these sources/bath, then add the pH value in the same order that follows the temperature listings. ここにpH値を記入してください。『水温』と同様に、もし複数の源泉があり、これらの源泉/風呂に異なるpH値がある場合は、温度のリストに従って同じ順序でpH値を追加してください。
